All limitations are self-imposed. You can be, have and do anything in this reality. But to be, have and do you must transcend your limitations. The identity that you believe is who you are has been created from your unique mental construct (your overall set of beliefs both limiting and empowering). You are highly emotionally sensitive. This allows you to feel deeply. Sometimes those feelings are based on joy and feel good, and at other times, you feel negative emotions, which feel bad. This system allows you to understand when you are aligned and when you're in resistance. As you become more aligned and offer less resistance, you become even more sensitive. This is The Sensitivity Paradox. If you didn't feel your emotions, you wouldn't be able to understand when you're aligned compared to when you're in resistance. You wouldn't be able to process limiting beliefs or act on inspiration. Your emotional sensitivity is the key to everything you truly want. So if you're becoming even more emotionally sensitive, it's a very good sign. One of the best spirituality podcasts is hosted by a married couple Will Rodriguez and Karen Endsley. Both Christy and I have appeared on their show and we've since become good friends.
