Ministry betrayal hurts. Church fatigue is real.. I was praying recently when I kept seeing the image of Samson with his head shaved. I know this often represents those who in a previous season who felt like they lost their strength, but what I felt so strongly in my spirit is that this went even deeper - this was about church and ministry fatigue. So many people in the body of Christ right now are dealing with poison... Not physical poison - soul poison. For whatever reason Sun Salutation C or Surya Namaskar C, is not as popular as A and B. Sun C (or Son C in YogaFaith) is a 12-posture yoga sequence that stretches and strengthens the body, often performed at the beginning of a yoga practice like A and B, or in a slower more meditative way at the end of practice. It's a variation on the traditional Sun Salutation sequence, and includes Upward Salute (Urdhva Hastasana) and Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana). Being in ministry for any length of time one goes throug many seasons and many transitions. What we know at YOGAFAITH is GOD IS FAITHFUL! Because the crown chakra represents spiritual connection and enlightenment, we can draw a parallel as each involves seeking a connection with the divine. One could also associate the Helmet of Salvation with the Crown chakra based on not only the location but because the Helmet includes pleading the blood of Jesus over the mind so that no negative, doubting or impure thoughts would enter. The Helmet also protects you from allowing the enemy to get a foothold in your thought life. This chakra is also related to our identity / identity in Christ and who He says that we are. The Heart Chakra is located at the center of the chakra system and represents the bridge between the lower chakras (associated with material existence) and the upper chakras (associated with spirituality). It is also related to our [core] identity and self acceptance. Regions that correspond to this chakra are the respiratory system, specifically lungs and heart, as well as the shoulders, ribs, breast and diaphragm. The Heart Chakra is the wellspring of love, compassion, and joy. It governs our relationships and our ability to give and receive love unconditionally. It could be likened to maintaining purity and moral integrity through God in one's relationships and emotional connections.
