It is a fixed interval; however, how you choose to prioritize your time is completely up to you. So stop using excuses and start making time to achieve your goals.     Enjoy the show!       Takeaways Every single person-- no matter their age, race, gender, or anything-- has 24 hours in a day. That’s 168 hours in a week that can be prioritized.  If you spend 8 hours a night sleeping, 8 hours a day working, around 4 hours a day eating, showering, and driving, exercise for an hour each day and completely take Sunday off, you still have 22 hours in a week left.
