And that was waaaay before I even had social media and smart phones! Facebook arrived to my college during my sophomore year. That was back when you needed an .edu email address to register! Tech actually made it harder for me to get things done and stick with anything because I was constantly consuming the world. I don't struggle with consistency anymore because I have amazing boundaries and systems. I'm still informed but not to the point that I am paralyzed. I want that for you too, btw. I was always saying yes to any and all opportunities, coming from a place of fear, lack, and scarcity. And I recreatd a crappy life where I had no time for myself. Not fun. I just didn't know at the time that I would have to be intentional about my boundaries. Now I do know! And I AM intentional! Boundaries feel good and easy to set. And now I have a say about my schedule and my life... feels really good!!! I want that for you too, btw. If you show up in life and feel good about life, it has a ripple effect. The butterfly effect. Right? If we all showed up to the work day after we took time for ourselves, our cup would be full and we'd be excited about the work we were creating and the interactions we were having... life would be different for everyone...
