Let’s take a moment and consider what the circumstances surrounding a righteous prophet and a pagan king can teach us about God’s sovereignty.

All of us will experience trials in life. Living for Jesus may cost us in a world that wants us to follow them in worshiping all types of false gods. The good news is, when we walk through the fires we find Jesus there with us. Today’s message helps us learn an important lesson about trusting God no matter what!

In Daniel 2 we see a conflict between King Nebuchadnezzar and his royal advisors over a dream he has. No man (or god, for that matter) is believed to be able to explain the dream. But Daniel serves the One True God who can do the impossible. The dream shows once again that God is in control of human history and His Kingdom is the only one that will endure.

We live in a culture that is increasingly asking Christians to embrace or bow to things which go against biblical teaching. Daniel shows us how to stand firm in our convictions and honor God no matter the cost. In this message we see how God is sovereign and at work behind the scenes even when we don’t see Him or understand what He is doing. This knowledge helps us stand up for truth when it seems the whole world is against us.

In the final message in this series we discover how the life rhythm Jesus kept of corporate worship changes our perception of Sabbath rest from a day off to a day of.

To follow Jesus we must learn what it looks like to be on mission with Him. In this message we discuss what that means…and what it doesn’t mean! We also look at some practical ways to join the mission of Jesus, moving from casual observers to intentional disciples.

Developing healthy life rhythms keeps us balanced as followers of Jesus so we follow His leadership to do life as God intended. In this message we talk about how Jesus viewed being in community with others as a primary way to change the world and build His Kingdom.

Following Jesus requires us to develop helpful life rhythms that continually help us love God, love others and serve the world. This message looks at the rhythm of solitude- being alone with God- so we can know and love Him more fully.

Jesus calls us to follow Him. In order to do that we must be willing to let Jesus change us and show us how to live out His way of Kingdom life. This message looks at the life rhythm Jesus kept of being with God and being sent from God. Being with God will always result in being sent out from God to carry on His Kingdom work in the world.

In this State of the Church address we look at where we’ve been, where we are and where we are going. In this message we take a look at the direction our church is headed as we trust God moving into the future, holding everything with open hands in uncertain times.

Life has thrown us a lot of curves lately. We can all get anxious and end up paralyzed by fear, doubt and confusion trying to figure out what we do or don’t do next. In this message, we’ll learn how to fight this battle with one key scripture and one key component. Hint: You can’t win this battle by yourself.

Rock Solid Faith comes from being in relationship with God and with one another. We grow in our faith as we deepen these two vital relationships. When God justified us through Jesus He also unified us with Himself and His family of believers. A faith that stands the test of time needs to be lived abiding in these two relationships.

Week 3 of our series “Rock Solid Faith” points the idea that when Jesus saves us He changes our relationship status with God and with others. No longer are we separated because of sin or our personal differences. You can stand in faith as you grow in fellowship with God and His people!

Having a Rock Solid Faith means understanding not only what Jesus has saved us from, but what He has saved us to! It also means being grounded in the reality that salvation is a gift, not something we can earn.

We want a faith that will stand the test of time. In order to walk with Jesus until we draw our last breath it is important to know where we have been, what God has done to save us and where we are going. This series seeks to help us know those things so we can have a rock solid faith.
