My friend says Israel is the light, and she is really into Zohar. Can you help me with what I can say to her? Can you expound on the adventure of growing in grace? I'm beginning to see it's not about pressure or measuring myself. Can you talk about that?

Can true believers still struggle with fear? How do God's love and God's grace relate to each other? Why does everyone seem to agree about love but then divide over grace? Is the teaching about abiding in John 15 really about losing salvation? Why does Romans say the gifts and the calling of God are "without repentance"? This gospel is so incredible! I just want my friends to get it, and it's frustrating when they don't!

Are you trying to love God… or letting Him love you? Discussion Questions for 1 John 4: Read verse 7 and react to this statement: Love is your spiritual DNA now. Read verse 10. How do God's love and Jesus as propitiation relate to each other? Read verses 13 and 15. How do these help us understanding "abiding" with clarity? Read verses 17-18. What does God's love mean for judgment and punishment? Read verse 19. Should we be producers or receivers? Explain. Read verses 11 and 21. How do we interpret "ought" and "should" in light of grace? What was your biggest takeaway from this message on God's love for you?

I'm so grateful for God's grace! What does it mean to be a "doer of the word"? Why did a man sacrifice his own daughter in Judges 11? Is Jesus the Father?

Do we ever need a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit? What does "Jacob I loved, Esau I hated" mean in Romans 9? What about the hardening of Pharaoh's heart? And aren't these evidence of God pre-selecting individuals for salvation? How bold or careful should we be in sharing our faith with our children as they grow up?

What is baptism in the Holy Spirit? When does it happen? Are we supposed to examine our recent sins before we take communion? And why does Paul say to "test yourselves" in 2 Corinthians 13? Finally, what about Jesus saying to get right with others before you go to the altar? 

I'm struggling with the challenge of trying to do God's will. I want to walk in obedience, pray about everything, and try not to get ahead of God. So many people think you can walk away from Christ and they use 1 Timothy 4, and 2 Peter 2, and Hebrew 6&10 to argue their case. What do you say about all of those?

I felt sick while watching a movie scene, so I walked out. What was that exactly? Grieving or quenching the Spirit? Or was it my own spirit provoked within me? Or my conscience? And what if I had remained in the theater? Would my ministry effectiveness be blocked until I confess it? Does a wall build up between us and God when we sin? My wife and mother passed away on the same day a year ago. I can't help but think sometimes that it was God trying to tell me something; and it's just a lot to grieve all at once.

Here's the secret to enjoying God's love… Discussion Questions: What does the average person think it means to "honor Jesus"? What does it really mean to honor Him? And His finished work? How do we honor the cross? The blood? How do we honor God's grace? Our freedom? How do we honor our union with Christ? Our newness? Our closeness? React to this statement: Honoring Jesus means we stop asking for what we already have in Him. React to this statement: Honoring Jesus is the secret to enjoying God's love. What kind of confidence springs forth when we honor Jesus?

What is modalism? How do I convince someone to abandon it in favor of the Trinity? I'm a newlywed, and I want my husband to understand the message of God's grace to the fullest. What can I do? My youth pastor seems to be teaching some things that don't quite align with the gospel. How can I handle that?

How is forgiveness different in the old covenant versus the new covenant? What is the finished work of Christ? What is the significance of Jesus being seated at God's right hand? Why shouldn't we continue to ask for forgiveness? What should we do instead?

Why did Jesus tell people to "be perfect" when He knew we couldn't? What does it mean to have a new heart? A new spirit? What about our minds? Are they new or being renewed? I tell my friends that I don't have to help Jesus, and they look at me strangely. Am I right?

Do I have a guardian angel? My friend says I need to go to church and worship on Saturday to truly please God. He even says my salvation may depend on it. Is he right? What "generation" was Jesus talking about in Matthew 24? And what is preterism?

Who was Elihu in the book of Job? What is the main point in Job? My church only invited members to the Valentine's Day event. Where do we see church membership in the Bible? I'm confused by 2 Peter 2:20 and surrounding verses. Who is Peter talking about? Is this about false teachers, Christians, or both?

What are the spiritual blessings that we've been given in Christ? What does it mean to be "conformed" to the image of Christ in Romans 8? Do we need to agree with everything that Israel ever does out of fear of being cursed (Genesis 12)? What does it mean to be unequally yoked? Doesn't Genesis 9 teach that we will be punished for taking a life? How does that reconcile with our forgiveness in Christ? *previously aired

Discussion Questions: What does it mean to be "led by the Spirit"? What does it mean to "walk by the Spirit"? What exactly happens when we commit sins? Can we disappoint God? If we are totally forgiven, what will we be judged for? Why does religion make God feel distant when He's not? Is Christianity really supposed to feel easy and light?

One pastor said giving from the heart is the same as "sacrificial" giving. Is that a good way to describe it? How would you counsel someone who is committing sexual sin? Would you still tell them they're "once saved, always saved"? What do they need to hear and believe for real change? I'm so excited now, because God's grace is more than awesome!

Finally, I no longer question my salvation! How can we best understand the book of Revelation? I can't find a church that teaches grace. What should I do? It seems like so many worship songs don't really reflect the truth of the gospel. What can churches do about that?

What does it really take to be saved? I keep hearing mixed messages on the internet. My wife and son have passed away, and I'm very concerned. I struggled all my life with religiosity, but God's grace has set me free! How much theology do you have to have right to be saved? How do you reconcile "born of water" (John 3) with water baptism (Acts 2:38)?
