My Third And Longest Ultra Marathon So Far...

My plan at the start of 2018 was to run x 2 ultra marathons, 1 very hilly race in the summer and 1 coastal flat race in the winter. I settled into the Cortina trail in June (listen back to previous episode.) My final race of the year is in Suffolk on October the 20th. 33.1 miles - the longest I will attempt to run so far.
