I had a lot of guilt about the bingeing, so instead of dealing with why I was bingeing, I kept adding foods to my list of off limits trigger foods. It used to be just chips, pizza, and cookies... and it got longer and included dried fruit, plantain chips, APPLES AND PEANUT BUTTER... my gosh. How long does this carry on? It's scary to deal with your trigger foods. It's scarier to be 70 years old and still have trigger foods.
