Running any type of creative firm is exhausting. It can feel like your business is taking over everything, erasing any chance for a life outside of work. But it doesn't have to be that way. We believe you can make great things, turn a profit AND live life true to your values. It just means actively planning your own route and climbing to a different level. The Studio Sherpas podcast will help guide you there. As business owners of creative companies and studios, we face many challenges - most importantly: how to constantly create, while staying inspired, at the same time running a business that can support our lives and families - and maybe even build a business that can surpass us - one that is sustainable and one that allows us to focus on our craft / product instead of constantly managing people and processes which most of the time just sucks the life out of us.
