This will require you to have a lovely long back; you could support your back on the wall or sit on a chair if you feel uncomfortable seated with crossed legs. Here we will have a moment to become familiar with the breath, before moving into the breathwork pranayama. We will move into the breathwork mindfully taking our time and then arrive into relaxation. As you bring yourself into relaxation, make sure you are incredibly comfortable, and you can fully rest and relax as I guide you through the relaxation and areas of the body. Then the Yoga session transitions onto the knees and we work into some core work and stretches along the body line, as well as balance. We later arrive at a forward folding Yoga pose that will transition us to standing to play with a wide leg forward fold and then come back onto our back for a beautiful Yoga bridge and relaxation. I am going to suggest that you find a comfortable seated position to begin the practice. We will move through some cycles of pranayama. Just find comfort and ease within your breath as we continue. We will then move into a few moments of meditation and move down onto the floor for a guided Yoga Nidra. The guided Yoga Nidra allows you to find an intention to affirm. Find this naturally. As an example, you may use 'I am healthy' 'I am happy'. It is something in the present tense that you wish to see in your life.
